WIP game engine in C.

COMPILING

Set CC in the makefile. Then bmake.

USAGE

You need a monitor connected to an on-board connector.
Edit options.h.
Run ./bin/engine33 on a TTY.
Can you see the green pixel on your screen? Well done.

• Change vsync code to not just stall waiting for vblank
• Adapt modesetting code for some fringe cases
